Terms and conditions
- The show lasts approximately 60 minutes with no intermission.
- Ticket holders must arrive at the amphitheater at least 30 minutes before the start of the show to check in.
- Please be seated in according to the exact zone stated on your ticket.
- The use of any audio/video recording devices, cell phones, smoking, and food and beverage consumption are all strictly prohibited in the area of the amphitheater and during the show.
- Latecomers will be seated in the latecomers’ zone. Price difference between the zone booked and latecomers’ zone will not be refunded.
- Seats in latecomers’ zone are subject to amphitheater availability.
- Children under 5 years old are not admitted into the amphitheater.
- Tickets are non-refundable nor exchangeable, and can only be used for the reserved date.
